John Bennett
Vice President and General Manager, Northeast
John Bennett is the Vice President and General Manager of Northeast sales for Constellation. John oversees the success and growth of Constellation’s retail business in New England and New York, including power and gas, load response, energy efficiency, solar development, and other renewable products.
John Domagalski
Director, Products and Markets
John Domagalski has been with Constellation since 2004. In his current role, he is responsible for identifying, evaluating and developing new products and markets.
Mr. Domagalski has over 15 years of experience in supporting business growth initiatives, both in the U.S. and internationally, and has written widely on the topic of competitive trends in the utility industry.
David I. Fein
Vice President, State Government Affairs – East
David Fein is responsible for directing Constellation’s state-level regulatory and legislative activities for its retail, wholesale, power generation and development, and global commodities businesses on the East Coast.
Del A. Hilber
Executive Director, Technical Solutions
Del Hilber manages Constellation’s Load Response products and initiatives marketed to Commercial and Industrial customers throughout the United States. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Constellation’s Load Response business, which includes overseeing product development, program management and technical solutions.
Mr. Hilber is also the Co-Inventor and Chief Architect of the VirtuWatt™ energy management platform.
Mark Huston
President, Constellation Retail
A 28-year veteran of the energy utility industry, Huston leads Constellation’s industry-leading retail energy business and is responsible for marketing, sales, operations, fulfillment and product development of energy solutions in support of commercial, industrial and residential customers.
Louis J. Hutchinson III
Officer/Senior Vice President of Public Sector & Energy Efficiency
Louis J. Hutchinson III has 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He manages Constellation’s Public Sector practice nationally, and is responsible for the daily business development and sales activities.
Matt Lawson
Supervisor, Green Initiatives
Since 2007, Matt has been responsible for the management and development of Constellation’s suite of retail environmental products, focusing specifically on voluntary renewable and carbon products that enable clients to reduce their environmental impact.
Matt joined Constellation in 2003 and his previous experience involves real-time and short term electricity trading, managing the wholesale market operations desk, and trading environmental credits.
Scott Lewis
Executive Director, Regional Sales
In 2005, Scott joined Constellation, bringing over 14 years of energy expertise at that time. He has been Director of Sales for the Great Lakes Region for the last three years. In this capacity, he has served some of the region’s largest customers, working with them to develop electric supply strategies tailored to their needs.
Mary Lynch
Director, State Government Affairs – West
Since 2005, Mary has been responsible for Constellation’s wholesale market regulatory and legislative affairs in the WECC region, with a particular focus on California market development issues, including resource adequacy, capacity markets, utility procurement practices, and emerging environmental requirements.
Prior to coming to California in 2005, Mary had lead regulatory responsibilities for Constellation’s business in the PJM region, and participated extensively in working groups and committees at PJM that focused on electric market design and operation.
She also has participated extensively in state regulatory proceedings dealing with the development and design of wholesale competitive energy procurement practices in Maryland, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Delaware, Ohio, and New York.
Andrew Singer
Vice President, National Accounts
Andrew Singer is a leading expert in today’s most discussed energy-related issues. With over 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated energy consumers, Mr. Singer is a nationally recognized speaker on timely topics such as the future of alternative energy solutions, why green and sustainable business practices matter and how businesses can implement dynamic, budget-centric energy management programs.
Michael D. Smith
Vice President, Solar & Energy Efficiency
Mike leads the development and coordination of green initiatives for Constellation. In his current capacity, Mike is responsible for evaluating opportunities for CER to realize synergies between and among its various green and traditional energy offerings and develop its renewable business lines.
During his career, Mike has participated in numerous legal and regulatory matters involving the competitive energy markets, including the restructuring of the U.S. and European natural gas and power markets, wholesale and retail competition, interstate gas pipeline regulation and the formation and structure of independent system operators.
Bruce Stewart
Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer
Bruce J. Stewart joined Constellation in August 2010. In his position, he oversees energy product and technology innovation, marketing, branding and strategy efforts, market insight and analytics, as well as channel and business development for Constellation’s commercial, industrial, public sector and residential markets. His experience includes 20 years of leadership, expertise and innovation with several leading consumer brands including kgb, Yahoo!, America Online, Netscape, among others.
Bruce holds numerous professional and charitable board memberships. He is a member of the CTIA Wireless Internet Caucus Leadership Board, Xtone Inc. Board, and Project Rebirth Board. He holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a BA from Holy Cross College.
Ed Wilson

In 2003, Ed joined Constellation, first as a Business Development Manager and Director of Sales. In these capacities, he has served some of the region’s largest customers; working with them to develop electric supply strategies tailored to their needs.
Vanessa Zeigler
Senior Analyst, Product Innovation
In 2008, Vanessa joined Constellation and currently works in Product Innovation at Constellation. In her current role she supports the evaluation of market opportunities and commercial strategies.
