StarTex Power is now Constellation in Texas! The company many Texans have come to rely on for exceptional customer service, and of course, electricity, will remain the same but now with a new name.
We understand that change can be hard, but we think you’re going to like being a part of Constellation. In fact, you may not have known it, but StarTex Power has been a part of Constellation since 2011. After several years of extensive research, we have decided to operate under one unified company name.
“The move to a single name across all markets will help eliminate ambiguity for our customers and enable us to lay a foundation for us to provide customers more innovative products and solutions in the very near future,” said Kevin Klages, senior vice president of mass markets for Constellation. “We’ll continue to deliver the same high level of service that our customers have come to expect from both Constellation and StarTex Power.”
For those not familiar with Constellation, we are a leading energy company that has been providing electricity, natural gas and renewable energy options to approximately 2 million residential, and small and commercial business customers, including two-thirds of Fortune 100 companies, for nearly 20 years.
Offering a variety of services in 17 states and Washington, D.C., Constellation is committed to service, dependability, and transparency. For those customers who would like Constellation to be their retail electric provider in Texas, they can expect these benefits:
